Sanjay Tandon is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; a graduate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and an Associate member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. He started his Audit and Consultancy business in the year 1986. He had the vision to envisage the changes happening in the Indian business scenario and established companies in the field of stock brokerage, BPO & Call Centre, Insurance Brokerage, Commodity Brokerage besides auditing and consultancy, being the flagship one. He is instrumental in laying the foundation of the Competent group. He was nominated on the boards of National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd. (NHPC) and State Bank of Hyderabad by the Government of India.

H. S. Khurana brings with himself more than 20 years of experience in the field of Finance, Management, Administration, Auditing etc. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He joined hands with Mr. Tandon in the year 1995 to float this company. He has been working in communion with Mr. Tandon to control the systems, commercials and operational department of the company . He is a Promoter Director and is responsible for the Financial and BPO activities of the company.

Vinay Grover is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has vast experience of more than 20 years of working with big Industrial houses. He has gained experience in building congenial work environment and developing effective & efficient teams. He takes care of all the call centre activities including development needs of the Call Centre. The functional heads of Operations, H.R., Information Technology, Personnel & Administration of the Call Centre report on to him.

Amarpreet Singh is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has more than 11 years of experience in the field of Auditing and Consultancy. He heads the Survey wing and is responsible for the 'Surveyors and Loss Assessor' activities for all the insurance companies and looks after all the activities at the Ludhiana branch.
